Is there a technique to using the DK30 charger..?

Hello Members
Just got my XZU, and also the Dk30

I'm having problems landing on the small contacts first time when inserting the phone, and find I have to shuffle the phone in the slot a bit,
though the magnetic attraction was meant to make this a simple job of dropping it in?

Other than this issue, I can say that the DK30 is working, and that it's 99% me at fault here.

Is anyone finding this when using the dock, and is there a technique they've developed, or does it just improve over time with use?

I just slap the thing on and it works fine.

Thanks Sebring5 but I'm finding it's not that straight forward for me, i think the rubber insert might be just a little tight, I'll see if there's something that can be done, regards
