Is there a Usb fast charging external battery?

Hi all,

Does anyone know if there are other Fast charging usb battery packs other than he samsung. I've been searching, but only finding Samsung. I did find some like the EasyAcc https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01422TC14?ref=emc_b_5_t , and this seems to charge fast, but not Fast change.

I bought a Letv 13400mAh and works really good with my S7. Charges it about 3 and a half times from 0 to 100% and it's fast, phone says fast charging. Letv is the same brand as LeEco phones so it's good quality and inexpensive. $15 in Amazon
