is there a way to make the note 8 a dual sim ACTIVE?

So I have been trying to figure out if there is a way to dual SIM my note 8 AND make it active dual SIM, where both phone numbers are active at the same time. I know there are modiles that can be purchased for $10 which make it dual SIM, but good to make it active dual SIM is my question..?

Nope, would require a 2nd imei, these phones only have 1.
