Is there a way to rollback an older version if I've installed the latest 390 update

I updated the phone before realizing the thing about anti rollback protection Huawei did with their phones. After updating to 390 weird things like dev option not being remembered started happening. If for example I set the custom dpi to 400, after reboot it would restore itself back to 360. I've also had bugs like Accessibility permissions turning themselves back to off after reboot. I've tried factory reset and dload with 390 but problem still persists. I don't know if it matters but I can still unlock the bootloader and install TWRP and Magisk on the 390 update. Is there a way to rollback to an older version without bricking the device? Or maybe there is a way to fix the issues I am experiencing

Yes, you can. If you have magisk and twrp already installed on b390 update then you need to boot the phone to erecovery to reinstall the stock version of update b390. After that rollback to b210 android 7 (emui 5.1) using hisuite. After that install the OTA update b360 or something like this on the phone, then you can do anything you want.
