I know exactly what you mean. Like certain games can be downloaded, but require WiFi to download the game files, or how the stupid Amazon App store requires WiFi for apps over 20mb. so stupid when my 4g is faster then my home WiFi was. in any case I have researched this problem for months on end. NO SOLUTION exists.
