Is there an app that can stretch the home screen?

I need to stretch the home screen to 5x5 so that i can fit all my favorite widgets in just one page is there an app that can do that which is not a launcher?

I am not sure what are you looking for but there is an app to change the resolution of the screen... Here is the link...
