Is There An App That Provides Remote Access To Employee Phones?

App that allows an employer to have full remote access to employees phone?

We are handing phones to our employees to automate payment taking now and understandably we will need full remote control and access to them. Are there really good apps for that? Preferably ones that won't make our IT to root all the phones. But that is option too.

However the monitoring has to happen in the background. Ideally the employee won't be even noticing.
