Is there an OTA update of 3.1 for the 3G Xoom?

I have a 3G Xoom but I don't use 3G. I only use wi-fi.

Is there an OTA update to 3.1 version without downloading the file and connect it to the USB thumb drive?
The reason that I ask this is because I do have a USB thumb drive but I don't have a cable that connect the USB thumb drive to the Xoom.

It would be better if you can just transfer the update file to the xoom and run the update file but from what I have been reading, this is not possible yet.

So I am hoping that there is an easy OTA update just like we had the OTA 3.01 update that we had before.

no you just have to wait or root your xoom and flash that way

ive been setting the date ahead on my xoom and checking for updates every couple hours, but i might just pick up a micro usb host cable today instead
