Is there any rom for bootlocked s5 that mimics stock notification bar??

I really want to mimic the stock lollipop notification bar. I believe the colors and icons can be matched using alliance rom but other than that is there anything else? Even animations too? Or is that only possible with unlocked boot loaders uising cm12 and other roms alike?

The AOSP-Themed rom will have that soon, just a few changes needed, probably a day or two. If you're running kitkat you can used xposed to install xstana and change the notification bar with that.

Im using moar rom for now to color the bar to my preference but it's not what I was looking for. The AOSP rom is what I have been excited for since I got my phone.
