Is there any settings, like there was in wimax, for increased lock on to LTE in ##dat

Finally discovered my msl. Is there any tweaking settings, like there was with the epic 4g wimax, to lower threshold locking signal? I just looked to my settings and didn't change anything except multimedia settings to all zeros. I did take a screen shot of the original values in case I need to revert.

I seen a video on YouTube on that topic so I decided to change it to 1 I think it the scanning for the LTE more frequently or something like that.

I'll see if I can find that video the person in the video had an HTC so the menu was slightly different from the galaxy's
