Is there any way I can use my phone as a pc monitor with HDR color?

So I've been trying to find software that can allow me to use my phone as a monitor with HDR. I can only find software without that capability.
I can't find anything that will use HDR color.

Did you try moonlight and Nvidia shield stream?

So, I tried using that as you said. I got an error on my phone. Btw my main pcs display is not a HDR display.
