Question Is there any way to fix the persist partition without a nandroid backup?

If someone shares their persist partittion here, then can't I flash that to recover my camera and fingerprint?

no, take it to the official service center. They don't care if it's rooted, they fixed it for free for me in half an hour.

Backup your data tho, it'll get erased.
