Is there still any love (and new software) for the Sony Tablet P?

I still like my old Sony Tablet P.

Is there any love for those babies? Is somebody interested in developing a ROM for android 4.3 or 4.4? Any chance of using it like a smartphone?

I can't be the only one on this planet who like the little machine

Interest is one thing, doable is another. Even if someone could develop a custom ROM, there is no known way to install / flash it. But hey, if you do, then you can tell us.

As for using it like a smartphone, I don't know what you mean by that. But it is not going to make voice calling over the mobile (cellular) network, if that is what you mean. Otherwise it is a mobile device with data access, what else are you looking for?

At this point, it would be amazing to simply be able to flash ICS on the AT&T version. Even this small upgrade is no longer possible because the files are gone.
