is this charger fake?

Pics attached. I have read on the site below that if its made in Vietnam that its fake, is this true?

When hooked up to ampere it charges at just over 1 amp, no where near its 2a rating.

I have three of them from 7dayshop.

Did you try enabling Fast Cable Charging? S7 uses 9V at 1.67a, at 5V only around 1a
