Is this guide make problem?

Story :
I have been waiting too long for unlock bootloader pemission with MIUI unlock, then i found this guide and i try this to unlock 4G signal (of course Xiaomi lock because TKDN)

So the questions is:
1. I have changed f2fs on data and cache in TWRP, then reboot, but if i flash zip in TWRP, it doesn't flash and rebbot again. Is it because my bootloader isn't unlocked beacuse this guide?

Try change back data and cache to ext4.
