It sucks that locations that have the symbol don't have it setup. I tried four retailers and only one works McDonald's. Does anyone know if paying your Verizon bill counts to get the ten dollars back offer? I don't remember but I think it said only purchase of accessories counted and only if you used the phone not the card.

I had it working on my DE phone, having gotten the new SIM card, and installing the xposed framework. I am not getting a secure element error message. Anyone else experience this?

You need to call isis and have the account deleted if you swapped sims. Then you can start the account as normal on the new sim. It's the only way.

I got the same thing. You need to reflash OS. Mine now works after reflashing rom .

So... I'm locked out of my account... It says call Verizon. I have twice and stayed on the phone 20 minutes or so both times and never even spoke to a person. If I do a password reset it says to go to Isis website. But Isis website says to call Verizon. -__-

How am I supposed to get back into my account. The app says I never set up a pass phrase, but online it gives me an option to enter one but the answers (that I use for the question) are wrong.

Nah. I tried to call CS again and got someone within seconds on the phone. I got it fixed. Now it's going to drive me nuts not knowing what my old password was. I made sure to set up a security question too lol

I re rooted my phone and Isis is still working.

I have Isis working fine right now. But when I flash a ROM, I get a Sim error. I reflash the ROM like I read earlier in this post, it sometimes works but then the Sim error will come back. Any ideas?

Just used isis at toysrus and used the 15 off 30 coupon, and I got 20% back pending for an xbox one. And I found a day one edition. Hopefully it works. So I'm getting 100.00 back for buying this. Wish I bought my ps4 at toys r us instead of best buy. Also used the coupon again right after on a game. Gotta take advantage of that 20% back til end of January

Recently I have issues.

I cant get it to work ANYWHERE anymore, even places I used to use it at. the NFC still works as I can use it to send files between phones, but none of the tap-n-pay are detecting it. Even with out the case, McD's, Walgreens,CVS,SportMart (exact same one I used my $50 to buy boots). Nadda, nothing

Went to use it at a grocery store, put my phone up to the pay terminal, it beeped at me and then said card was unreadable lol. Lady looked at me like I was nuts, trying to pay with my phone and it didnt even work

If you want to take full advantage, do what many of us have done. I got two $500 Visa gift cards and within 2 days, got the $200 back in my Serve account. I linked my debit card to the Serve account so I didn't have to deposit the money up front, it just came out of my bank account as a debit transaction (minus the original $50 introductory bonus still there). $1200 for $950, not bad. (well. the cards did have a one time $5.95 fee)
