Nah. I tried to call CS again and got someone within seconds on the phone. I got it fixed. Now it's going to drive me nuts not knowing what my old password was. I made sure to set up a security question too lol
Who did you call...which Customer Support...Verizon..or Isis? I am having the same issue. I was with ATT, used the app once. Now the wife and I ported over to Verizon and I can't log into the Isis app. It keeps saying " Does not support 2 MNO" then when I log into Isis online, I get the message to contact ATT, instead of my new carrier Verizon. And of course ATT, has no clue.

Thanks for your help or anyone's help with this.

Contact ISIS at this point obviously it's on their end.

I just read yesterday that isis has to close your old account then you have to open up a new one. Was this accurate?

Got this fixed but had to wipe my system Rom then I installed Isis and xposed module with root cloak. Everything went good until I tried to create account and it failed.

When creating the ISIS account, I received a "No SIM" message plus my phone was completed disconnected from the Verizon network.

I powered off the phone & waited about 15-20 seconds after shutdown.

Powered phone back on, went back into ISIS & received "Account is creating" message....WAIT

Waited about 5 minutes or more. BOOM acct is created & I was able to create Serve acct. from within ISIS too with $40 credit!

F U Verizon for making this so difficult. Just open up Google Wallet tap & pay....We'll make it work anyway even if you don't "allow" it

That's so stupid that they have to close your entire isis account that was supposed to be part of the allure if you will that isis want tied to a carrier! *smh*

I got it working..ATT finally figured it out. The deactivated/terminated my previous Isis account. After about and hour or two, I was able to setup a new account on my Verizon phone :)

Latest update to ISIS broke compatibility for me. I had to reinstall the 2.0 apk I still in my downloads. I would upload, but I don't see a way to do it through the XDA app.

After the last update, I get a "this phone is rooted" message and it closes. Lol their loss, not mine.

Mine still works fine after the latest update and I'm also rooted. I use root cloak to hide root from isis.

I got it to work. So I
installed root cloak from inside xposed installer not from the market.

Make sure to update isis in playstore, don't open it

In xposed, select root cloak in modules

Then go into root cloak app, add programs and add isis

Reboot and boom. This works way faster than the old isis app and new offers. Nice.
