Issue deleting ext4 partition

Hi all,

Got a problem when formatting, the ext4 partition can't be formatted, it gives me an error in CWM, some apps don't work now because of it, root explorer being one of them.

I haven't done anything out of the ordinary, has anyone else had a similar issue?

I'd appreciate some feedback
