issue with new transformer ft300t, can not mount storage for recovery

rooted and installed CWM and for some reason its not able to do a backup it says unable to mount sd card , ive tried wiping cache and dalvik and even a factory reset ....ive tried installing TWRP also and it does the same thing ,any help would be greatly appretiated
