Issues after global ROM flash

I flashed my T-Mobile 7t to the global ROM last night, I have one rather annoying issue. One of apps doesn’t work with the global firmware, but the bigger issue is with my password manager and auto fill. I had no issues before flashing, now I get an error saying it requires attention in the accessibility options. Yes. Yes I have re-enabled everything. Had to do a lot re-setup as my ADB backup doesn’t fully restore. I’m just confused about why I’m getting the error with my password manager now. I’m sure I’ll find more things that don’t work the way they used to.

This one is solved. It's because the bootloader was unlocked. I needed to relock the bootloader to be able to use an app anyway.
