Issues Switching from Crombi-KK to KatKiss

I am having some serious lag issues with Crombi-kk on my TF300t when it first boots up and at times when I get it out of sleep mode. I did apply the R1 patch. I took Crombi kk off my tablet and put it back on with sdbags best settings and I still have the lag issues. Before I reflashed it, I tried putting the latest KatKiss Rom on my tablet. It didn't work. Anyone know why?

My boot loader is the latest version and is U.S. sku, and I have TWRP 2.8.1.0.

stayed on the ASUS logo or boot animation ?

It showed the Asus logo and I think the screen went blank.

It kinda sounds like it didn't flash properly.
Check the md5 sum of the zip file to make sure you got a good download, if it doesn't match the online one, redownload it.
Also make sure you do a full wipe including formatting /data before installing the rom.
