Hello Members
I'm appealing to all your greater experiences and knowledge, and would really be grateful for all your help, and contributions, both in making any physical modifications, and any software adaptions to get over the problems I'm having with the Pumpkin head unit below:-
KD-C0346 (Please Note: the unit has not been Rooted by me)

The first issue is with controlling the volume, at the moment the only way to control the volume is by swiping down on the notification bar, then tapping the speaker icon in which the volume bar will appear.
The problem with doing this, is that it's many steps just to control the volume level.
I have download and tried various Play store apps, that are meant to allow you to place a volume control widget on the Home screen, but none of them work (not one app has worked), also the widget cannot be placed on the Pumpkin Home screen.
Does anyone know why none of these volume apps will not work, and Is there some sort of restriction to placing widgets on the Pumpkins main Home screen?
The second important issue is to do with the Bluetooth call quality, particularly for the person calling me while I'm in the car, what seems to be happening is that the caller is hearing a lot of echo of themselves, because the internal mic is picking up what the outside caller is saying when they are speaking.
Is there a way to stop this echo, or improve the echo cancellation of the unit, either through some form of installing a software application, or by doing some sort of hardware mod inside the unit, how can I improve the call quality for both parties of a telephone conversation, or can an improvement be made using any kind of specialised external microphone (do external microphones have echo cancellation built into them?)
My third query relates to the possibility of upgrading the Android KitKat version 4.4.4 to Lolipop 5, has anyone managed to upgrade there Pumpkin Car stereo to the latest Android version, if it can't be upgraded, why can't it be upgraded?
If someone has managed to get the latest Android version to work, how have they managed it?, and how have they then managed to install all standard Pumpkin Car stereo apps and features back into the unit?
All members advice, and input would be appreciated, also any recommendations regarding having a better user experience would also be great to know.
Thanks all
