yeah i can see that as a problem for some people but it could be just cheap manufacturing because it sells for lower than all the other cases for example: viola case

Snaketooth has pointed out that the IVSO will soon be available in other colors. Including red. Yay!

yeah its on the new link and i just emailed them they say it should be a week or so before it available for purchase

Just got a black one for xmas. Nice case, just a couple complaints:

1. Case has that nasty made in china plastic smell.
2. Cover stand does not hold well. Tall way is to straight and can fall over. Short way magnet does not hold.
3. Cover is wider than tab when folded backwards, making it awkward to hold one handed.

Otherwise very nice case, perfect fit, smart cover works well. Adds very little bulk.

Rght now the smell is the worst, hopefully will fade soon.

From the link in the OP. On a good note, smell is fading, think it just needed to breathe. Only smells now if you actually get nose close to case, where earlier I didnt want to be in the room.

Just some solvents from the glue used.
Once you take it out of its plastic bag the smell gradually disappears.

Typical I just ordered the IVSO one from Amazon because there were no non-branded ones.. Juuust typical yeah. I always prefer my cases to be non branded.. Thanks tho, looks nice.

Granted, but I live in Canada - and the more colorful ones are not yet available on Amazon.ca. Hopefully that'll change soon... Cheaper for the same product is always an advantage, but I like the red one with the black border that IVSO is putting out. Hopefully that version will be available up here or through eBay before long.

Confirmed! My IVSO cover activates the sleep function on my GPE. :good:
