I ordered mine last night at 8pm CST. I recieved shipping confirmation and tracking info this morning at 9am CST. It says I will be receiving the phone before 3pm tomorrow.

I have had my phone since yesterday @ 10am. I love it !!! Does anyone have any complaint's yet? I have already unlocked the fastboot, rooted it, and put a custom recovery on it. Life is good.

Oh for anyone wanting to do the same:

Go to http://android.modaco.com/ You can unlock the bootloader in one command, root it in one command, and put the custom recovery on there in a couple of command's. By the way amon-ra did the recovery of course, I found it in the dream section of xda development.

I am having issues with the link for the fastboot. Do i really need the zip file to unlock the bootloader?

A custom recovery just gives you options, to flash new builds, and partition you sdcard, and wipe your current partition clean. It's all about preparing your phone to flash a new build (or rom). When new builds are created by developer's. There is a little more to it, but I don't want to confuse you.

i beleive it has something to do with the free fedex overnight option that you probably selected.
