I've got 2 weird bugs

I'm using RR 6 latest with OB7 and Flash Kernel and have been having these 2 issues:
1. If I start waze in a building it says no GPS connection and even when I go to a place with GPS connection it never refreshes and I have to kill the app and reopen it.
2. When I disable wifi sometimes it locks the screen and disables cellular then when I open it everything works again.

Reflashed everything from kernel to rom and nothing changes

Did you factory reset (incl. internal storage) before re-flashing?
I've also heard OB7 is very buggy, could be the reason...

Have had these issues since before OB7. Just flashed OB8. Yes I did factory reset everything already multiple times but the bugs persist
