how do you rollback to qpr1 beta 1? I'm using qpr1 beta 2 but the factory image has a new bootloader version then qpr1 beta 1 package and when I flashed beta 2 I flashed the new bootloader to both slots. do you just flash the old radio and update zip from beta 1's?

You'd have to factory reset to downgrade, so just flash the entire stock QPR1 Beta 1 factory image. You can flash back to any Android 13 version - Stable or Beta. You just can't flash back to Android 12, with the exception of the Google-provided Developer images, which aren't a long-term solution.

You're welcome! Nope, applies only to downgrading to a pre-Android 13 bootloader.

Hi guys! I got OTA update to T1B2.220916.004 today. I didn't pay attention before but now I see that in static scenes on my display it's still 120hz refresh rate. Force peak refresh rate of course switched off. It's fixable?
Updt: So, after deep sleep about half hour it's working well.. dynamically changes refresh rate from 60 to 120 depending on what is happening on the screen.

Unfortunately this update has broken a lot of things for me. I'm getting random disconnects - not just in call, sometimes I'll look at my phone and it'll show that I have signal but that I'm not connected. WiFi drops. Bluetooth doesn't connect properly and disconnects a lot, especially to my car radio. I can't get a GPS lock and my phone doesn't know where I am. The phone feels slower and the battery is weaker. I also ran out of data with my cell provider plan this month and that NEVER happens for me, so I suspect something is happening and some background data connection. Android auto is struggling to work and has frozen twice during the map directions. Really disappointed.

I'll give it until Monday to see if a hotfix comes out and then I'll do a wipe. I've found wipes help.

Canary Magisk 25204 working fine on QPR1 Beta 2.

EDIT: Breaks Denylist and USNF. It does work for root though.

Since you haven't gotten an answer, you should probably ask in the Pixel 5 area - I don't know if there's a QPR Beta thread there or if you'll have to create your own Question thread.

It should be available on the 5 but there's are a couple of things you have to do first. See the first few posts in this Twitter thread.

Sorry i didnt realize this is a P6P thread, unfortunately since i cant find a thread related in pixel 5 i will have to wait and see. One thing i want to ask is what's the version of "settings services" in this build? (my pixel 5 is 1.1.0.476812811 not sure if it has any dfference)

I tried following the guide on twitter, first downgrading then install the "setttings services" again, but it still doesnt show up. Maybe it's kust not on the 5 or some other reasons Anyways imma do some more research first cuz i dont want to make this thread go off-topic. Thanks

See if the Official Google Android Flash Tool (OEM Unlocking needs to be toggled on - you may not have to manually unlock the bootloader - the "site" will do that on its own) supports flashing the QPR1 Beta 2 and make sure the following options are unchecked:

• Wipe
• Force Flash all partitions
• Re-lock Bootloader

The online flash tool has fixed many weird problems that even the factory image zip can't fix.

T1B3.221003.003 weighing in at 130mb. I'm in the USA on T-Mobile network using a P6P.

I'll report back. In the end I didn't do a wipe reset after I complained here a couple weeks ago about poor stability. Things just got better. My main problem is that Android Auto stopped working properly and sometimes GPS can't get a lock, but it's been getting a little better.
