I sideloaded it. US T-Mobile 5GUC, so far it feels snappier. I'll report any issues.
If you sideload it correctly it won't.
Look in your About menu and see what build you updated to. Look at the date, if it has 202201xx, then yes. I wouldn't expect the update to be that tiny, though. Is this the same update that I've just received which is about 41.3mb?
Source for that information? They either always or mostly consolidate their builds into one eventually, so unless there's official confirmation, it could be this might be the only image. Doesn't say Global. We'll find out eventually!its the normal Global Google release, Verizon will be behind a day or two...
Sounds more like a Google Play System update. What version are you on? They started rolling out the December Play System update just recently for those who haven't gotten it yet, so if you are on one earlier than December it may just be that and not the monthly security update, given that small size.Is this the same update that I've just received which is about 41.3mb?
Mine is 215MB...Checked to see if the update is available through OTA and it is but a little odd to see a 41mb update.
Yeah if there was going to be a Verizon specific build it would have said for xyz except Verizon.Source for that information? They either always or mostly consolidate their builds into one eventually, so unless there's official confirmation, it could be our might not be. Doesn't say Global.
Its my opinion that, that is what Google first releases always.....now that doesnt mean everyone should just go use it relative to where they might be and whom is their carrier. The US carriers are always a day or so behind, and I think same for the European flavors...my opinion.Source for that information? Same here just paused at the moment.View attachment 5508553
Well I guess I'll just wait and see once it reboots

But then again, maybe it's a small one.

Ah, the small size makes sense now.As per cmh714 I'm on Dec update already so might just be an update to that but yeah I will post info once updated.
I'll post mine as well once I finish....But I can start with In the US, my carrier is VZW and I ONLY run Google code not Verizon code....My phone was on November Google code .036.....stay tunedAs per cmh714 I'm on Dec update already so might just be an update to that but yeah I will post info once updated.
Please don't post in multiple threads asking about the same problem, especially since you created a dedicated question thread for the issue already. I tested and I'll answer you in the other thread. Please everybody check if you get the missed call notification... Doesn't work for me:
No missed call notification bug
Hello, I recently bought a Pixel 6 Pro in...forum.xda-developers.com
A lot of people seem to be saying this. I noticed it was faster before I saw other people comment, so don't think it's placebo on my part.
Interesting, what's your app version? Mine's 73.0.414822266-pixel2021
