Is there anyone having problems with data network 2G/3G?

My data network works well if I have the phone active and with screen on. When the phone is on stand by state (with screen off), after some minutes I'm not receiving any message from internet (whatsapp messages, push imap e-mails, etc.). Then when I wake up the phone and turn the screen on, after some seconds or maybe 1 minute, I become to receive all pending messages and e-mails.

I have tried with the in-built kernel, and with Lupus Kernel, but the same issue is happening.
