how to know it works or not? i install it successfully in aokp jellybean

You can go to the youtube page and see if you can play directly from there, the videos or if you have to use the player

Flash player doesn't require any modification for JB. Simply drop FlashPlayer.apk from the market into /system/app, set the permissions to WRR and reboot (or just reboot into recovery and fix permissions from there).

The file you've linked is the one from Android market. I'm not sure why it says it's modded...

YouTube is now built on HTLM 5 which can run on any device. Flash has nothing to do with it.
