JB 4.2 for razr i

Why there aren't any jelly bean 4.2 ROMs for the razr i?
I would like to have the camera with photosphere and the lock screen widgets

Because we haven't got official jelly Bean 4.2 rom/source or any similar device (x86 Intel CPU) with jb 4.2.
So no base to build on...
