Nice day for all!

Attention!
I have Unlocked Bootloader, so i dont know what happen on Locked Bootloaders!!!
This "Method" i have tested on my SXTX, please dont try it on SXTX LB or on Sony Xperia T.
I'm not responsible of sploit devices etc. Everything what you do, you doing only on your own risk!!!
Follow the instruction carefully and everything gonna be allright

I changed the kernel flashing process from QuickIMG to Flashtool (Big thanks to ihasacat for testing)

Some photos:

Requirements:
Unlocked Bootloader
Installed Flashtool
Installed QuickIMG (it can work using cmd (comand prompt))
Installed fastboot drivers

Installation process (UB):
- download the .ftf firmware and put it into the Flashtool/firmware folder
- download the kernel, extract the .elf file and put it into the Flashtool/firmwares

1. Copy into the device sdcard UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.93.zip and Deodex_for_SXTX_JB4.3_official.zip.
2. Start Flastool on your PC, flash device-> flashmode, select the SXTX USA Official JB4.3 firmware and press Flash.
3. Wait until its done and settle up your phone.
4. Turn off the phone, then connect the phone to PC while holding volume UP. Flashtool should show your SXTX is connected via Fastboot
5. On Flashtool, click Flash -> Flash using Fastboot, then on the window that pops up, click "select kernel to flash" (by DooMLoRD), then look for the kernel.elf you extracted earlier to Flashtool/firmwares folder
6. Reconect your SXTX and turn on, when you will see violet (rose) notification light, immediatley press Volume Up + button.
7. In recovery flash the UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.93.zip (i dont did any wipes)
8. Reboot and settle up your phone.
9. Reboot and enter to recovery, wipe dalvik cache then flash Deodex_for_SXTX_JB4.3_official.zip (Big thanks to sera18) original thread

Also:
Step 4-5 with using QuickIMG
- download the kernel, extract the .elf file and put it into the QuickIMG/images folder
- Power of your phone, start QuickIMG.exe, select the LT29i_4.3_kernel_CWM kernel, connect your SXTX to PC with holding Volume Up + button (blue notification light on the device) (you will see "conected" in QuickIMG) and press Flash button in QuickIMG, then wait!!! (for me it was long a bit to see "done")

Google Driver notification file SuperSU has infected file, so I can't download it!
From what I understand, even though rooting in itself takes advantage of exploits in Android, I don't see why Google would mark it as a virus; downloading the files individually seems to work and don't get flagged as a virus.

On the other hand, don't see why the OP doesn't link to Chainfire's original hosted file here, or even attach the file directly here in the forum, instead of linking it to a Google Drive account.

I can assure you that the one I've just posted works.

The supersu cannot be download, can fix that link?? it say "We're sorry. You can't access this item because it is in violation of our Terms of Service."
So, i remeber that i already uploaded the SuperSU to XDA, so i changed the direct link on first post (you can download it now), and you can also downloaded it from downloads menu!!!!
