Guys I am experiencing a very irritating and annoying problem these days. Most of the times, when I am on a call, the screen switches off as it normally does, but it refuses to come back on once I take the phone away from my ear. After that, I have a hard time turning the screen on even though the capacitive buttons are lit up. This also happens sometimes when unlocking the phone. Please help.
M on 4.4.2 so can't send u the screenshots but solution is that check mark on the "in accurate proximity" this will force the screen lit up again....

Can anyone send video recorded in 720p in WhatsApp? It works only for 480p. ROM issue or app's?
+1, not able to send 720p video. At first, I thought the video was too big, so I sent a 3 second video instead. Still didn't work. I think it's an app issue.

Hi dudes, i was wondering if you were facing the same problem: i wanted to transfer a picture via wifi direct, the problem is when i create the connection between both devices i can't find the option "wifi direct" in the share menu. (I tried with gallery apk and the default file manager from CM) What can i do?
App.....it compresses the file for fast communication ....

When the mobile screen is turned off, the sound continuously stops and plays
I think the problem is that your kernel force the 300mhz mode when turn off the screen because forcing 600mhz and higher modes with the screen off works well without sound problems
Force 300mhz when the screen off not be a good option in all cases and may have some similar problems with background apps

Use the AeroControl app to disable suspend or increase the speed to 1Ghz.

edit: apparently it broke the camera. can't connect to camera with any app. i installed latest cm10.2 over 30oct with cache/dalvik wipe. i use mb525 green lense. any idea would be kindly appreciated
at every boot it says android is upgrading. starting apps. i don't think that's normal
edit2: fixed the android is upgrading status at every boot by removing all odex files created by LP
still can't get camera to work even after clean install using safewipe by tjkv

Lucky Patcher. basically i removed all patches from apps created with this tool (such as removing annoying ads from free play store apps. i'm not using it for warez). had to revert to 30.10 because i can't get camera to work and i'm not sure if anything changed besides kernel. last github update was 3 months ago if i'm not mistaken.
Are the torch tile and lockscreen torch back in the latest build? Been missing it since CM10...

It's a hardware bug. There is a thread in Q&A section there you will find all about this problem that I solved only in service.
