i can install it without wipe data if i have cm9?
Wouldn't advice it, seeing it's a new version of the OS and everything. Backup your apps with app2zip and wipe everything before and after flashing JB and gapps. After that, flash the zip you created and you're all set. You may have an issue with a (few) app(s) though, just keep that in mind.

Once upon a time a company who called themselves as "Motorola" started cheating their customers by means of malpractices like locking bootloaders and breaking promises to do the same.

GOD was determined to teach this company a lesson. So he made a long journey from heaven to planet Earth and arrived at a place called Omsk in a country called Russia. He found a human being and blessed him with supernatural powers. He said, "Thy powers shall help you slap in the face of evil". This being was later called "Quarx".

This is the begining of a new meme. Jesus made Water Into wine, Quarx Made Water Into Defy

I hate to ask, but it seems i haven't see a confirmation, I have a green lens on 2.2 kernel, can i flash this rom? sorry for my stupid question.
You only have to read the first post. Nothing else, nothing difficult.
There's written "Android 4.1.1 Jellybean for Defy and Defy+"; moreover some users, few posts before, confirmed camera's working on green lense defy.

I hope nobody will ask this question again, for the love of Quarx.

Wow. From FroYo (well it started with Eclair, but we had official FroYo) to Jelly Bean. I never even dared to hope for GB and now we have a perfect CM7, a nearly perfect CM9 and even a great CM10.

Motorola can turn wine into water, but quarx can do it the other way round!
