I'm not 100% sure that it is formatting to ext4 case when some problems arises when flashing another build.
It is a problem of many users (see support threads) who never formatted to ext4 and in last few days had different data corruption problems.
And I had it 2 times in last few days, once in case when formatted to ext4 and then back to ext3 on one defy, and exactly the same when didn't touch the format on another defy (can't open cache, can't mount cache, can't open recovery etc.)

So maybe the problem is somewhere else

Edit: Could mounting ext4 in recovery cause some problems when changing to older builds?

How to check if my cache and data partition is in ext3 or ext4 format
I tried to format my cache and data partitions to ext4, but when i selected Bootmenu --> Tools --> File System Tools --> Format DATA and CACHE to ext4, the phone didn't respond for sometime. Then it returned back to the Bootmenu. So I'm not sure if format to ext4 worked!! Is there a way to check the current format of my cache and data partitions??

Keyboards can't be moved to the SD card as far as I know.
On my device ZDBox informs that Swiftkey is in SD card, with 19,42MB being used, but at popup menu, "Mais Informações" (more information), the app manager is called and I can see "Mover para cartão SD" (move to SD card) button enabled.

At the app manager the following informations are obtained:

Storage:
Total: 26,38MB
App: 19,34MB
Data: 84,00KB
SD Card: 6,96MB

After I clicked (a moment ago) on "Move to SD Card" button, information seems now inconsistent: App size changed for 5,09MB and SD card still with 6,96MB. Total remains 26,38MB. Swiftkey no longer works and are unavailable among the input methods.

So it seems in fact now Swiftkey is in SD Card, but there is a lot of free memory, then I don't sure if this is a good choice. Anyway Swiftkey remains fast here, even after moving it to SD Card.

nov 09 was the best CM10 build for Swiftkey on my device, undoubtedly.
====================================================

After some time my phone is experiencing lags, launcher gets slow and I have to reboot it. This must be a bug and it has occurred on others builds too.

Build sep 17 - Solved

Fixed bug where phone reboots when connecting and unconnecting USB cable.

@Glaux and @vrl13: You should develop your own ROMs, if you have competence to this.
