[JB] CM10 Android 4.1.2 for the Defy(+)

ringtone problem

i've 11/28 installed, running so far without problems, only ringing is failing (tried a lot of the preinstalled ringtones). an in coming call gives only
a short ring (mostly only the half of the ringtone or nohing), the "optical" notice about an incoming call is ok. tried different ringtones, rebooted.
any idea what's happening? it's only me or anyone else experienced the same?

New Build 4.1.2 (28/11)

Today reinstalled 28/11 build. Cleared each and everything ......done factory reset and removed all user data and all cache.

Panorama is working absolutely fine with stock app, able to take full shot and even able to save.

Same problem here on my 525redlense. Same problem with Navigon-Software, but apollo works without any problems..

Confirmed. It is the only issue encountered in the latest build (28/11), at least for me.

For me to with reboot but with clean install all work fine .

So i think it's better to wipe cache and data for 28 11 Nightly .

New Build 4.1.2 (28/11)

Clean install, no problem so far, no ring failing (it's ringing continuously until call get's end.

Panorama is also working fine with stock camera app.

Have you done a full wipe?


I sometimes run out of free Ram, I think this cause the reboots.

Battery drops are usual, in every CM10 ROM had been battery drops, but the reboots I experienced yesterday had ceased.

After applying the bt fix I've experienced about 10 reboots when enabling wifi. I haven't reported them before because I was trying to individualize the circumstances leading to the reboots.

Battery drops are usual, in every CM10 ROM had been battery drops, but the reboots I experienced yesterday had ceased.

Random reboots, at least for me, were caused by JellyX kernel: its RAM management was poor, sometimes the phone ran out of memory and then rebooted. Reflashed the ROM wiping only cache and dalvik, and got no more reboots.

But I've also been experiencing large battery drops: my batt life is kinda nice (lasting almost a day), but, when it gets on around 40%, it drops to 4%, and, when it reaches 2%, the phone shuts off (like if the battery was empty). I can tell its not battery being worn because its brand new, got it around 2 or 3 days ago. On my old battery (which got replaced by this one), and on previous builds, it also got drops, but smaller ones (like 10% drops randomly, about 2 or 3 times per discharge cicle). Will give a few more days for the battery to "calibrate" itself, then I'll see if the results are better.

well... i'm on latest 20121128 build and haven't experienced any battery drops or "unusual" drain, and my battery is almost 2 years old...
No reboots neither.

So i'm pretty happy with it :good:

After 28.11 can't open goole play, tryed reinstall it but same problem and allso -gmail and other 2 apps disappeared. Did wiped cache/dalvik on defy+

many reboots for me as well today with 28/11, and I had to reboot once because there was no audio on calls

Make a clean install and flash gapps again.

I experienced the drops when I reach 59% and when I reach 29%.

Donno if it iz OT.....if I buy a defy+ battery for my defy, should I ha ve problem with CMX unified build?
