Cheers. Will flash HydraCore from PC-Odin. Wont be experimenting with the CM10.1 kernel ATM. Was on a lunch break. Gotta get back to work in about 15. Hopefully, flashing just the kernel should do the trick and my phone should start... I seriously hope it doesn't do a full wipe, would it???

Cheers. Will flash HydraCore from PC-Odin. Wont be experimenting with the CM10.1 kernel ATM. Was on a lunch break. Gotta get back to work in about 15. Hopefully, flashing just the kernel should do the trick and my phone should start... I seriously hope it doesn't do a full wipe, would it???

The kernel flash (PDA) didn't work. Still wont do beyond the SAMSUNG Pre-boot screen

Never mind. Flashed a safe CM9 kernel, reflashed CM10 kernel. Harmony is restored...

Kernel_CM10_20121221_Nightly_CWM.zip posted in the OP.

This is the important one and should be flashed by everyone running a CM10-based Rom, because it contains Entropy's kernel security fix.

I am seriously considering stopping updating this thread and letting it wither and die.

I have enough on my plate as it is, and I don't really need this.

Let me tell you why.

I took the trouble of compiling a CM10 kernel this morning so you guys still running CM10 Roms can stay safe.

And what do I get? A 100+ downloads and four thanks from guys I know for sure are not even running CM10-based Roms (AA, kitrax, shoey and trahzebuck).


Or how about this? On Dec 18th I published the first CM10.1 kernel. Let me show you how many have downloaded it since.

And only two of you were decent enough to say thanks?

I'm not begging you to hit my blasted thanks button, God knows I have enough of that as it is. But to say "thank you", or "good job" every once in a while doesn't cost much, does it?

I'm sick of the lot of you, and I don't need to be doing this.
