Thanks @chasmodo for your warm words, the trust and being a friend. Concerning the thread, your kernel thread, I will do my very best to keep it fresh and clean. It is an honour to inherit it, but a burden at the same time.
Thanks @all who posted a message due to the change. I will start adding some new kernels later tonight (NX kernel, the coh Kernel,...)
If a kernel gets posted in the N7000 forums, I won't post it here instantly, but ASAP. Which literally means as soon as possible.
Just a heads up, upfront - What I don't want to see here:

Does this XY kernel work with XY Rom?"
How to flush™ this?
Can I fly to the moon with it?
Does it support my USB microwave?
Those are questions for the corresponding kernel thread or your own thread in Q&A section.
I hope that this thread stays the same as when it got started by RC Chasmodo: a one-stop-shop.
That's it... Let's get started and enjoy chasmodo's kernel repository as it was meant to be.
Thanks

congratulations and good work AA!

someone (maybe @chasmodo) please recommend AA for RC in the RC-specific forums. His contributions are highly appreciated and he is more than deserving, especially compared to several others with the same title.

edit: I just did from my side by dropping a message to the committee. Cheers!

All that is required is ANY moderator to give the title. I would recommend talking to zacthespack

Can you please share the link to the download for: Kernel_CM10.1_Official_20130403_n7

Looking for the download location, for file: Kernel_CM10.1_Official_20130403_n7000_N8Mali.zip
Can someone assist please?

Thank you!!!!!
:)

Asylum_Kernel_CM10.1_20130403_N8Mali_CWM.zip and Asylum_Kernel_CM10.1_20130403_N8Mali_TWRP.zip published in the OP.

Asylum CM10.1 kernel differs from the official CM10.1 one inasmuch as it offers more governors.
Asylum kernel has parallel versions - CWM and TWRP - and the only thing different about them is the recoveries.
The kernel part is exactly the same in both of them.

This kernel is not overclocked or undervolted.

Additional governors:

Code:
Asswax
SmartAss2
LulzactiveQ
Adaptive
Interactive
SavagedZen
LagFree

Update NX Kernel & c.o.h. Kernel

TW>JB #c.o.h._Kernel - CHANGELOG:
**
Changelog v1.2.28 --> v1.3.7:

Used Linaro GCC 4.7.3 (Even faster now!)
Optimized GPU thresholds (Can really go to 400MHz in load now)
Enabled SWAP and ZRAM support (need to be configured manually, so just for experts)
Possible fix for MIUI TW based MIUI ROMs (all should work without problem now, not tested!)

It could be my last build, let's see if i can continue later...

v1.1.15 --> v1.2.28
Create from scratch, no more based on Hydracore. Less (maybe no) bugs.
Samsung video player no more force closes, it is fixed.
Added CPU Hotplug support from Speedmod kernel (only 1 core when not in load as it's in Speedmod kernel, bettery battery life)
Disabled logcat and dmesg and unnecessary Samsung debugging (from Speedmod kenel) See 2nd post on how to enable logcat.
Added UV capability (Please use with caution as it is very risky to change the CPU voltages).
Increased Touchscreen sensitivity even when charging (Best touch response to date in Note ).
Added FSYNC Control 1 (from Ezekeel's GLaDOS kernel for Nexus). See 2nd post to see how to disable FSYNC (not recommended nor explained for noobs).
Tweak GPU, it is now : 100-114, 267, 400 MHz (3 steps, first step dynamic)
Added HYPER cpu governor.
Defaults are noop-ondemand now (noop-pegasusq is still recommended for balance)
Fix for wifi drain on standby (disabled all multicast).
Use GCC 4.6 for optimum performance.
Some minor changes...

For the moment being I enjoy my little "CC" - "Colonel Catalogue" :D
Just putting a one-liner like "NX Kernel has been updated to 1.2.2" is pretty useless in my eyes.
No need for discussing this further here in this thread. ;)
Thanks
