Those links have been removed from the first post of this thread the moment you posted about the problem, and replaced by a single link leading to Hardcore's download page.
chasmodo, apologies for the confusion I caused. I am aware you have replaced the original (separate) links with a single link titled Download links and more information can be found here. Upon clicking this, I am taken to http://touristinparadise.blogspot.co.uk/2012/05/samsung-galaxy-note-ics-download.html
It is here that the error message displays the moment I click on any of the links.

I apologise for posting an outside link. I did it only avoid further confusion.

Looks like all the links are down for reasons unknown. There are complaints in SpeedMod thread as well (see the last page). Nothing we can do about it but wait for Hardcore to fix it.

Notecore 10.1 published in the OP.

Changelog
- Reimplemented patchup to 3.0.36 with tweaks
- Swapped CWM recovery for that included with CF-Root, double extra safe
- Added Max CPU speed set by kernel to version string in Settings > About
- More performance improvements - now Ultra Snappy
- Move VM tweaks

EDITED: For anyone searching for a brickbug-free TW kernel and CWM, Notecore 10.1 should be it. Here's what Gavin says:

Kernel_CM10_20120803_CWM_Flashable.zip posted in the OP.

Note to CM9-based Rom users: do not flash it.
Your system will boot fine, but both of your SD cards wil be still unrecognized by the kernel because of the different mount points between CM9 and CM10.

This one should be used by the new ParanoidAndroid and CM10 users exclusively.

This repository is very useful, it helps me to check new kernel everyday easily...
Umm... If I may suggest, please change the color of the kernel titles if you don't mind. They're unreadable on Tapatalk Dark...
Thank you again father... Cheers...

Kernel_CM9_20120731_CWM_Flashable.zip on Dev-host posted in the OP.

It is meant to be used by Chinese users because Mediafire is blocked in their country.

Notecore 11.1 posted in the OP:

Changelog[/COLOR]
v11.1
- Added modified OC / UV values for recently discovered Group "C" phones
- Reverted Strict BLOCK IO cpu affinity

v11
- Rewritten from scratch
- Added arm CPU topology support (thanks hardcore)
- Reverted Minimum GPU speed to 160mhz
- GPU speeds - OC kernel = 160/400 ~ STD kernel = 160/267
- Added new patch from PHJZ, (settings>about>kernel version section) that lists Max CPU speed, Voltage group and CPU/Mainboard temperatures! :D
- Fixed weird MTP issues
- Fixed Voodoo louder
- Less aggressive VM settings (/mm/page-writeback.c)
- Removed cache and dalvik wiping from the CWM install scripts, i suspect the constant loss of cache (from flashing my frequent updates :p) is a cause of some peoples higher battery drain. Wiping cache / dalvik is not necessary when updating Notecore kernels!

Does this kernel have the same fate as it's ics counterpart in its inability to do nandroid backup and restores?
