i only change 1 image color that is notification_panel_bg.9.png it seem in jelly bean this is the notification tracking background now

i havent been able to take scren shot with my usual software but i can tell you it works and looks great, thank you again for your work very much appreciated )
You can use any file explorer just put it in system apps and fix permissions i will make a flasable zipI never could get the hang of adb pushing files.

Bookmark this link. He is updating apktool and it's been working well for me with Jelly Bean once I installed the new framework (the 1.4.5 version linked there has worked for jelly bean, new apktool supposed to be released soon as well).
you can edit stastusbar_expanded.xml
search in the top for the line background
make it something like
android:background="@drawable/colormod
make a colormod.xml place it in drawable
in this "colormod/xml"
you can redirect an other image to set as background even if its not a .9.png
jiust make it fit
you can also add a colour value but i like the images more bacause you can photoshop very nice things to it

I wish the drawer still looked like ice cream sandwich's. I don't like the new grey one or the dumb fade animation they added to the rest of the screen.
