you can readback ROM from SP Flash Tool on windows (complicated) or mtkclient on linux (easier). I am lazy but have written already here and there many times. some of the links might help.

The problem how to make the head unit reboot into recovery mode, or into download mod, and how to connect it via computer due it has no port or anything..

no recovery mode or download mode needed. preloader mode works without power (it is powered over usb)

preloader mode is yet another mode, like boot mode, recovery mode, fastboot mode, ...

for Windows you need to install VCOM preloader drivers

Ok whats the best way to install magisk into this android, i have only port reading USB, so how can i flash the boot of the android with magisk ?

disconnect from battery and get VCOM preloader drivers installed. SP Flash Tool is fine on locked bootloader, fastboot is best on unlocked bootloader.
