Today I've installed crDroid and there Bluetooth is not working anyhow, same as on Opt LOS-17.1

It's impossible Bluetooth working in DotOS and not in Optlos and crDroid. It's also impossible to not have lags in incompleted DotOS without any optimization and have lags on Optlos and crDroid.
If you can explain a bit more, what you mean Bluetooth not working (can't connect or what?) and what kind of lags do you have? ?
If you are happy in DotOS it's fine, but I am trying to understand what problems do you have in the most recent ROMs which are more stable than DotOS. The majority of users (include me) don't have these problems.
Make sure you have the latest builds and latest gapps (if you are using) and make clean install by following my guide.

Hi man, sorry for the late reply but I guess I found an issue. I'm think a problem with my modem and bootloader, it is originally from my 4.4.2. This night I will install the last firmware 5.0.1 and will try again. Which modem and bootloader better old one or the latest one? What do you think?

    Hey,

Yeah you need to update your Modem & Bootloader for sure.
Go to my S4 Unified Guides & Collection and you will find everything there with links. Follow exactly the steps.
You will find only the latest Modem & Bootloader in my collection and I recommend to use, them.
Give feedback after so we can check if your problems solved.
