i will do that a12 mateGreat job !!! All good !! I hope you continue your support for v12 but completely understand if you call it quits.
That depends on the specific app. You should do an internet search for the combination of android version + magisk + your app. For sure, you'll find discussions about the banking app not working and (hopefully) someone who got it running by doing very special things. I got my app working by using magisk hide and installing an additional app: Airfrozen.

Excuse me for the question but what did you do with the airfrozen app since its job is freezing applications.
correct. with airfrozen you can freeze Magisk (temporarily) so that it cannot be detected by certain apps.Excuse me for the question but what did you do with the airfrozen app since its job is freezing applications.

Latest Magisk dropped Magisk hide completely. Since the developer is now a Google employee, looks like there won't be an easy method to circumvent root detection anytime soon. That's brilliant
Edit: Not even that could make my bank app work, time to switch into another android mode.

Try the Universal SafetyNet Fix by kdrag0n. (Read Instructions) You can check also a video for that.Latest Magisk dropped Magisk hide completely. Since the developer is now a Google employee, looks like there won't be an easy method to circumvent root detection anytime soon.
Tried all of these but they don't work, I had to fix the app using lucky patcher and a guide some member posted in this forum, no issues with BBVA app now.Try the Universal SafetyNet Fix by kdrag0n. (Read Instructions) You can check also a video for that.
Have you checked @Retrial's S4 Unified Guides & Collection? Link is 'hidden' in first post. In S4 Unified Guides & Collection, search for 'CLEAN INSTALL CUSTOM ROM' and follow these steps. That should work. If not, you could go back to stock rom (you can find instructions how to do that also in S4 Unified Guides & Collection). In both cases you'll loose your data on your phone, so you should make a backup of your important data before.... version 6? It just boots back into recovery after the first boot...
I've never read the Unified Guides but I know how to clean install a custom rom by heart. I've already flashed the stock rom and it still didn't work. I have a suspicion that it's caused by the fact that I forgot that I used a Magisk boot image that's meant to be used on version 5 on version 6, but I can't be sure, because I flashed the rom and GApps multiple times and still not booting into the system.Have you checked @Retrial's S4 Unified Guides & Collection? Sometimes, it's neccessary to wipe cache / dalvik in stock recovery after going back to stockI've never read the Unified Guides but I know how to clean install a custom rom by heart.
