I think you are unlucky in this case becuase some OTA's in your region (ST002) were removed from server when ICS was released, such as US and possibly you as well. I looked in all the places and HC 3.2.1 is easier to find then the ICS update because it is always named 0042.XXX.zip.

Where ICS changes dates sometimes i.e 120410 or 120427 or 120510 or the new one for Italy 120612, then followed by XXX.zip.

So it seems you won't be able to download your 3.2.1 file. You could post a request in the gerneral thread section asking fellow Brazilians for the file (hopefully someone has it.)

Or just bite the bullet and upgrade to ICS you won't be able to root, but then again neither can I....

Would you be keen to change region?? There are 4 (i think) Tab P regions to choose from. This could allow the ICS root method for now and you could change back to Russia when in ICS as it makes a back up of your region. Hopefully Condi will be so kind to add your region in the next AIO release.

P.S Have you added your region.zip to the region changer thread. You can find it in HC under /configs/region/region.zip (i think, from memory)

P.S.S seems others ^^^ are having similar problems, did you get a chance to try an older version (v3.4) AIO i.e before automatic flashing..

I do all the procedure, and now I have my tablet with ICS and root, probably you should try send it to service, i did and they downgrade to 3.2 I explained I have problems with camera (laggy) and there were a problem with 4.03 because all the time the tablet send a message of a new firmware 4.03, of course I only was wondering that they give me a new one or downgrade the android... as it happened.

Good idea but have removed back cover, and broke a couple of tabs, so they will know i have been in there lol.

Can you please have a look in the file build.prop under /system/build.prop and look for the nbx03_XXX (a special number) near the bottom and reply with that number. Then I can point you to correct link.

Or look under vendor/vendor.prop

Hey guys looks like there is a minor update. From what I have checked the links on page one are still current. I am not sure if they have been replaced with the release 1a. Will investigate 2moro.

I haved asked members to upload 3.2.1's.
If you can wait a few hours. one of the XDA members is uploading the US 3.2.1 pre kernel 10. You will need to flash this through recovery and then you can root through AIO.

DO NOT UPDATE YET. I WILL REPLY WITH SAFE LINK TO FLASH
