the boot anim sound is at system/etc folder... just rename PowerOn.ogg or delete it...
the files is big... it take time to copy... anyway... you can unzip the file on your pc and copy the bootanimation.zip and place it on system/media folder on your device.

This "Jellybean_anim_cwm.zip" can solved the bootloop problem on Paranoid v.2.50 dated 27/10 ROM. Confirmed.
