What version number?
I see now in your thread.
I got this file:
PJ75IMG_4.13.651.1_firmware_pre-update

I guess new FW is 4.13.xxx

However, I see no trace of any recovery or boot.img
Normally, to be able to use a new partition layout you need an updated kernel!

Boot.img is in the ROM zip. And the new HBOOT appears to also be necessary for the updated partition layout. Recovery is here.

Thank you a lot
For my info: did you compile kernel for TWRP from cm msm8960 kernel or you used new sense 5 kernel?
I guess you need the new stock one

For bootloader, sure, that's why I said it will be only for Sense 5 users, no back compatibility

Thanks, so probably will be fine with current cm kernel source if it worked with older twrp kernel. Means Sbl is accepting older kernels

Will try it and we'll see
The current TWRP is built using the old HTC kernel source, edited to enable SELinux. I'm about to build a new TWRP now though with the kernel from the recovery I just posted here, and the adjusted fstab with the updated partitions. I'll see how that works.

Let me know. Will do also when back to home
Often, HTC works much better with stock kernels, recovery wise. However, some ramdisk changes can be needed mainly for charger

6.13.3 - Sense 5 only
- uses new stock kernel from FW 4.13.651.1

This is a test version. If it works, I will compile a proper one with exfat faster support using kernel module
Please check if once turned off, the phone if plugged to charger correctly charges + animation, and not reboot into recovery

Just tested it and it still reboots into recovery.

I DID read last several pages, but still confused, does this mean this recovery will allow compatibility between old partition table and new, or no.?
My understanding is 'no', but would appreciate further clarification.

Thanks mass.

No, the new recovery won't be compatible with the old partition layout.

In attached 6.13.3
It stays in recovery or recovery appears, then you get charger animation?
Recovery appears but then the screen just flickers black, you can still navigate but everytime you scroll up or down a second later the screen turns black after every press.
