If I flash this ROM will it,to anyone that looks at it, appear to be an unmessed about with phone?

I had a problem today, where the battery drained super fast.I phoned Samsung, thinking they would bung me a battery ,but they didnt ,they suggested I take it to a nearby service centre.

If it has the same CSC version / modem and firmware as when you bought the phone then I don't think they can tell
