Joneplus tool call recording have a robotic\slow record

HI all


i have installed the Joneplus tool on my oneplus 5 phone. Everything works good until one day I tried to listen to one of the recordings and the recording sound was bed...the voices sounds like in slow motion and "robotic"

I don't know why the recordings began to be like that ..maybe because I have update my phone to android 10?

how to i solve this issue? ( i already tried to uninstall and reinstall joneplus tool)

This has been a problem since the Android 10 update AFAIK. Lots of people complaining about it. Hopefully it will be fixed in the update we've been waiting over half a year for.

Honestly there hasn't been any progress I've seen... just more and more people complaining about the same issues and the lack of an update. OnePlus posted an apology on the OnePlus community forums along with some kind of excuse as to why they haven't fixed it in the past 6+ months or whatever we're up to now. I've just been checking the OnePlus community forums once every week or 2 to see if anything comes up but nothing so far.
