I've recently purchased a Joying 8" android unit and after 2 mins of operation, the screen has gone black.
I've emailed Joying, and even though I've specifically told them how it came to being non operational, and all the trouble shooting I've done (cables, connections etc w/ multimeter) I'm worried that I've bought a brick and Joying will go silent to my emails.
Has anyone had any issues with a DOA unit and either getting a replacement or refund from Joying?
The only emails I've received from Joying is to "check all the connections" or "make sure the Ground, live and 12v cables are connected.
