auto rotation seems a bit slow

and what file do i edit to get the animation from stock cm7?

and if you ask if I googled it then I did not find the answer i was looking for

Copy bootanimation.zip from System/Media folder of a CM rom and paste on your JoyOS' system/media folder

Yes true even some app doesnt get installed & u can use the lock toggle in the switch will do the job y need xtra app

You'll need to decompile framework-res.apk for that matter, I tried doing it myself, but I always get errors after trying to recompile it (even if I didn't change anything).

Use apkmanager instead of apktool...

I already use APK Manager.

Fun fact: APK Manager uses APK Tool to decompile/compile APK files, so yeah, not much of a difference, really.

It would be great, but JoyOS libs/framework are for Gingerbread, which means we'll only have a CM9 version if they make a version for ICS.

Try this: open framework like an zip file and replace what xml's do you want.
Some time ago I did this and worked.
