I have exactly the same Junsun installed, I bought it under the name of “v1 pro” but now I am learning more…
The characteristics shown on your pictures are the same for me, the only difference is that in CAN version you have “unknown” and I have “VW-RZ-08…” so in my opinion your Can box is not working or it is not properly installed (in the best case).
Another thing: I never had the car infotainment menu, if you want to select the canbus go to Fabbrica → put 123456 in the checkbox and then a new menu will be shown. Be careful, but there you will find the canbus menu.
Have you seen in the characteristics you (and I) have 1024x600 but in the picture of the firmware 1280x720? I would ask the seller for the correct firmware.
